Conditions include detailed information about a condition, problem, diagnosis, or other events, situation, issue, or clinical concept that has risen to a level of concern. As soon as something is updated in PointClickCare, the app is notified and is able to keep all authorized data up to date in real-time. Retrieve the list of allergies (drug, food, substance, environmental or others) for a patient. Allergies include detailed information on the category, type, reaction type, reaction and its status. Create a new or create an addendum to a progress note for a given patient in PointClickCare. This progress note is for encounters with physicians, and will show up as an encounter in the PointClickCare application.Retrieve all medications for a given patient within a certain facility.
