PointClickCare Automated Care Messaging (ACM) Staff Add-on enables management to send targeted voice, text or email messages to staff and other key stakeholders (contractors, consultants, volunteers etc.) in minutes. Keep staff informed of policy changes, COVID-19 testing regimens, emergencies and employee surveys or kudos. Message templates can be written for any scenario, enabling mass notifications to be triggered at a moment's notice. Target contacts by facility, department, position, shift or by up to six other custom filters so only those who need to be contacted are reached. As always, all communications are automatically logged ensuring a clear audit trail. The ACM Staff Add-on is Sold and Supported by PointClickCare, easy to deploy quickly, and requires little-to-no training
