Overview

The Accushield Sign-in Kiosk replaces the paper sign-in logs at entrances to Senior Living Communities and SNFs and gives Operators the ability to sign-in, record body temperature, and ask CDC-recommended COVID-19 screening questions for every staff member, visitor and third-party caregiver that enters.

Features and Benefits

Integrated Thermometer

The Accushield kiosk automatically takes a temperature of each staff member and/or visitor during the sign-in process. If the temperature taken is above the set threshold a text message and email can be sent to management letting them know someone signed in with an above normal temperature. The kiosk will then instruct the person on the next step.

COVID-19 Questionnaire

The kiosk can include a COVID-19 Questionnaire that will need to be completed by each person during the sign in process. This information is stored in a private cloud giving community or facility managers access with a unique username and password. COVID-19 Questionnaire reports can be made at any time using the online dashboard. Managers are able to customize the questions depending on the visitor for staff type.

Immediate Visit Alerts

The Accushield system allows you to enable immediate email and text alerts based on sign-in activity at the kiosk. The following are alerts you can create: Visitor alert - notification when a specific individual (mobile phone number) signs-in at the kiosk; Resident alert - notification when a visitor signs in to visit a specific resident; Staff member alert - notification when a visitor signs in to visit a specific staff member or attend an event;

Real Time Evacuation Reports

The Accushield Evacuation Report lists the individuals in your building that need to be evacuated in an emergency based on sign-in activity at the Accushield kiosk. The report provides a list of the following groups: Residents in the building, Staff in the building, Third-party care providers and other service providers in the building, Guests in the building, and Residents currently signed-out. This Evacuation Report can be seen on a smartphone, printed using the Accushield name badge printer, and from the kiosk.

Integrated with PointClickCare

Accushield Visitor and staff sign in and health-screening kiosk integrates seamlessly with PointClickCare. PCC pushes resident and staff names to the Accushield kiosk directory so the facility or community does not need to manually add of delete names.
